Gabriel Curtier is the founder and CEO of Great Olympus, a strategy consultancy that helps companies navigate the complexities of the U.S. federal market—particularly within the Department of Defense and national security sectors.
Originally from Los Angeles County, Gabriel's early discipline was shaped by years of competitive athletics, culminating in collegiate baseball at Marymount California University, where he earned a degree in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security. His exposure to federal procurement began while exploring government opportunities for a family business, which sparked a deep and enduring interest in acquisition strategy, contracting policy, and business development.
Gabriel built his early career by immersing himself in the day-to-day realities of federal contracting—writing proposals, analyzing market data, and conducting outreach—ultimately leading strategic efforts on behalf of contractors in sectors including defense health, aviation, construction, cybersecurity, and logistics.
Today, Great Olympus supports clients ranging from emerging technology firms to established integrators, helping them craft competitive strategies, strengthen value propositions, and align with mission-driven federal priorities.
